How does this support and resistance calculator work?›
You enter a series of price levels (previous highs, lows, pivot points, etc.) and a clustering threshold. The calculator groups nearby levels into zones, showing you where multiple price levels converge — these clusters form the strongest support/resistance.
Why are clustered support/resistance levels stronger?›
When multiple independently derived price levels converge in a narrow zone, it means different analytical methods agree on that area's significance. This confluence makes the zone more likely to hold as support or resistance.
